I cant believe how difficult it was to live at that time. I feel really luck to be able to have a home and not have to deal with things like the depression.
I studied the stock market crash and the great depression for Histroy bet there is so much I don't know. What's a Pea camp? I've never heard of that. -Jon Vogt

Hey Mr. Wilson, that photo essay was pretty cool, it is crazy how different life was for people back then. Some of the images with the families were pretty sad, I am glad that we don't have to live like that -Alex Berger
I studied the Greta Depression too, plus I ahve a grandfather who lived during it, so I've heard some things from...reading alot helps too, but pictures are alot better and different than words.
This photo essay showed a whole different image of the United States from what it is now. It's crazy what people had to do to live back in the day of the depression. And all the racism and weather did not help either.

those pictures had shown really the hard life of those people and how money was so important to different families that they had to go off on the road and search for jobs. business workers tried to find people to pay the lowest possible wage. it must have been really hard for those people

It's crazy how real racism and poverty were back in those days. We hardly have to deal with that in today's society.
