Watched the video and thought that singing songs make the workers feel unified and not lonely. Also to make work feel less boring. Going to work on essay
i REALLY dont like the piano lesson so far, mr. wilson. hopefully the next book will be a bit more fun to read!
Just watched the video... actually all types of music seem to bring people together no matter who they are... kind of like the piano lesson.

It think it's cool how slaves used to improvise work songs and improvise instruments. Gotta love wikipedia :)

The Piano Lesson is pretty good... I like it at least... well, music keeps people together and it cures boredon!
so.... the book is kinda iffy right now. oh ho! I'm eating french fries right now. >.
Hmmm unless the crucible is better I have a feeling that i'll be doing my essay on the Piano Lesson.

The book is definitely getting more interesting. It's almost like I'm stuck in the middle of the story; it's a lot more complex then a lot of other books I've read.
